Infantile Diarrhea is a common and frequent digestive tract disease in children. The causes of this disease are relatively complex and the onset time is relatively long. At present, there is no specific treatment method in Western medicine. Moxibustion is a simple and painless external treatment. However, due to the lack of high-quality evidence to support the effectiveness and safety of moxibustion therapy for pediatric diarrhea. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness and safety of moxibustion in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea. ⋯ INPLASY202130091.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is one of the most commonly reported mental health consequences, followed by disasters and traumatic events, either natural or man-made. At present, there are no unified results for the prevalence rate of PTSD in patients suffering from acute trauma and related influencing factors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to systematically evaluate the existing literatures, thus obtaining a comprehensive estimation of the combined prevalence rate of PTSD and related factors in trauma patients, so as to provide evidence support for clinical disease prediction models and intervention strategies. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/Z275U.

Programmed death protein 1 (PD-1) pathway is one of the most critical mechanisms in tumor biology of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The study aimed to assess the prognostic influence of pretransplant serum soluble PD-1 (sPD-1) in patients undergoing liver transplantation for treatment of HCC. Data from 229 patients with HCC who underwent living donor liver transplantation between January 2010 and December 2015 were retrospectively evaluated. ⋯ Multivariate analysis revealed that only Milan criteria was an independent prognostic for OS and DFS, but pretransplant sPD1 with a cut-off of 300 μg/mL did not become a prognostic factor. The results of this study demonstrate that pretransplant serum sPD-1 did not show significant influences on post-transplant outcomes in patients with HCC. Further large-scale, multicenter studies are necessary to clarify the role of serum sPD-1 in liver transplantation recipients.

In order to provide new evidence-based medical evidence for clinical treatment, we undertook a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the efficacy and safety of nicorandil prior to percutaneous coronary intervention in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients. ⋯ 10.17605/OSF.IO/UEPKB.

The existing meta-analyses and randomized studies on myoinositol are of poor quality, with small sample sizes, and involve a homogeneous population. The general applicability of these findings to the National Health Service is unclear. We thus conduct this new high-quality systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the efficacy and safety of myoinositol in pregnant woman. ⋯ It was hypothesized that myoinositol supplementation could increase the action of endogenous insulin and prevent GDM and its complications.
