Cardiovascular Safety of Celecoxib, Naproxen, or Ibuprofen for Arthritis.
The cardiovascular safety of celecoxib, as compared with nonselective nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), remains uncertain. ⋯ At moderate doses, celecoxib was found to be noninferior to ibuprofen or naproxen with regard to cardiovascular safety.
