Surgical Consent of Children and Guardians For The Treatment of Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis is Incompletely Informed.
Prospective, multicenter cohort analysis. ⋯ Patients who undergo surgical intervention for AIS and their guardians understand approximately 60% of the surgical consent. The use of preoperative multimodal teaching techniques and "peer-support groups" may improve patient and guardian comprehension.

Retrospective comparative cohort series. ⋯ The integration of these 2 techniques MIS and ITFN, we call "computer assisted minimally invasive spinal surgery," is proved to be feasible and safe for treating Hangman fracture with the advantage of significantly reduced iatrogenic soft tissue injury. So we think CAMISS technique represents the most recent modification of spine surgery.
