Survey on the Status of Breastfeeding in Korean Medical Institution Workers.
Human breast milk is essential and provides irreplaceable nutrients for early humans. However, breastfeeding is not easy for various reasons in medical institution environments. Therefore, in order to improve the breastfeeding environment, we investigated the difficult reality of breastfeeding through questionnaire responses from medical institution workers. ⋯ In medical institutions, it is recommended that environmental improvements in medical institutions, the implementation of supporting policies, and the provision of specialized education on breastfeeding are necessary to promote breastfeeding.

Effect of Sedation Anesthesia With Intravenous Propofol on Transrectal Ultrasound-Guided Prostate Biopsy Outcomes.
Sedation anesthesia during transrectal ultrasound (TRUS)-guided prostate biopsy is known to decrease patient pain and anxiety, but little is known whether it affects the procedure's prostate cancer detection and complication rates. This study aimed to determine the effect of sedation anesthesia with intravenous (IV) propofol on TRUS-guided prostate biopsy outcomes. ⋯ Sedation anesthesia with IV propofol during TRUS-guided prostate biopsy was associated with a higher cancer detection rate than local anesthesia with intrarectal lidocaine gel instillation. Cancer detection rate could be an important factor to consider when selecting for the optimal anesthesia for TRUS-guided prostate biopsy.

Case ReportsAutoimmune Hepatitis Following Vaccination for SARS-CoV-2 in Korea: Coincidence or Autoimmunity?
Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is a chronic, autoimmune disease of the liver that occurs when the body's immune system attacks liver cells, causing the liver to be inflamed. AIH is one of the manifestations of a coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), as well as an adverse event occurring after vaccination against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Few cases of AIH have been described after vaccination with two messenger RNA (mRNA)-based vaccines-BTN162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech) and mRNA-1273 (Moderna)-against SARS-CoV-2. ⋯ Her laboratory results showed abnormal liver function with high total immunoglobulin G level. She was diagnosed with AIH with histologic finding and successfully treated with oral prednisolone. We report an AIH case after COVID-19 vaccination in Korea.
