The effect of music on pain, anxiety and satisfaction during nonstress testing.
To determine the effect of instrumental music played during Nonstress Test (NST) on pain, anxiety and satisfaction. ⋯ A successful pregnancy is important for the health of mother and baby. Reducing anxiety and stress, especially during the examinations, ensures that the process continues successfully. It is recommended that music played during pregnancy examinations and screening tests be used in clinics and during the procedure to increase satisfaction and reduce anxiety.

Impact of text message reminders on immunosuppressive medication adherence among kidney transplant recipients: A randomized controlled study.
One of the most common problems encountered in transplant patients is nonadherence with immunosuppressive drugs, one of the most important reasons for graft rejection. ⋯ Sending text message reminders to kidney transplant recipients is a statistically and clinically effective intervention to improve immunosuppressive medication adherence.

The Impact of Implementing Virtual Diabetes Group Visits on Staff and Provider Wellbeing, Job Satisfaction, and Burnout: A Mixed Methods Analysis.
Few have assessed the impact of group visits (GVs), or shared medical appointments, on community health centre (CHC) staff and provider burnout, wellness, and job satisfaction. ⋯ Implementation of GVs in the CHC setting impacted key areas of burnout, including relationships, job attachment, and feelings of meaningful contribution in the workplace among providers and staff. Future clinic-based implementation studies may consider measuring staff and provider well-being as part of the evaluation.

Podiatric Clinical Triage in a Foot and Ankle Orthopaedic Clinic: A Randomised Trial.
Hospitals are increasingly utilising allied-health professionals to provide clinical triage to patients. While these positions are routinely implemented, and several observational studies have reported positive outcomes, the effectiveness of this intervention has been rarely tested in a clinical trial. ⋯ A clinical triage service has minimal impact on PROMS for foot and ankle pain or chronic musculoskeletal pain, but it is generally well-received, is cost-effective, and participants were more likely to report global improvement if they attended.

The effect of breastfeeding education with digital storytelling on fathers' breastfeeding self-efficacy.
There is growing evidence that fathers play an important role in the breastfeeding process and that fathers need education about breastfeeding. In our age of rapidly developing technology, the use of new teaching techniques in the education of fathers will provide more effective results. ⋯ In the current study, the effect of using digital storytelling method in breastfeeding education on fathers' breastfeeding self-efficacy was found to be significantly higher than routine education. It is recommended that this new method be used in education and counselling and that studies be conducted to examine its effect on breastfeeding behaviour and fathers' breastfeeding support.
