Randomized Controlled Trial
Analgesic effect of erector spinae plane block after cesarean section: A randomized controlled trial.
Ultrasound-guided bilateral erector spinae plane block is also a technique for providing analgesia after a cesarean section. ⋯ Ultrasound-guided bilateral ESP provided adequate postoperative analgesia and significantly decreased postoperative fentanyl consumption in patients having cesarean section. Also, it has a longer analgesia time than the control group, and it has been shown to delay the first analgesic requirement.

Globally, uncorrected refractive errors have been identified as the most common cause of visual impairment and the second leading cause of treatable blindness. ⋯ The participants from Amorji community had good knowledge of the features of RE but poor knowledge of its causes and treatment. They also exhibited positive attitude, but poor self-care practices toward refractive errors.

The esthetic expectations of patients are increasing by the day. That is why it is important to minimize the color changes in the oral cavity in both the temporary and permanent restorations. ⋯ The most significant color change in the inter-material evaluation was observed in chemically polymerized polymethyl methacrylate. In the evaluation between beverages, the highest color change was found in sugared coffee, and the lesser color change was observed in polished samples.

Review Case Reports
Rupture of a non sinus of Valsalva aneurysm during pregnancy: Case report and review of literatures.
Ruptured Sinus of Valsalva aneurysms during pregnancy is rare and presents a threat both to the mother and the fetus. We report a case of ruptured nonsinus of Valsalva aneurysms in a 26-year-old woman diagnosed at 32+4 weeks of gestation. ⋯ A successful surgical correction of the ruptured aneurysm under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) was performed with patch repair after 13 days. A multidisciplinary approach with respect to the pregnant patient's diagnosis, indications, and timing of surgery is necessary in ensuring the best possible outcomes for both the mother and the child.

Dental students' burnout has been repeatedly reported in the literature; however, there is little information about the contributing factors in different contexts and settings. ⋯ Within the limitations of this study, the findings demonstrated that increases in resilience correlated significantly with decreases in burnout and increases in environmental stress correlated significantly with increases in burnout among dental students. However, gender had no influence on burnout.
