To find out the clinical effects of post hysteroscopic progesterone hormone therapy in the treatment of endometrial polyps in terms of clinical outcome and the expression of endometrial Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF). ⋯ Post hysteroscopic progesterone hormone therapy has favorable clinical effect in treating endometrial polyps as it can effectively prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyps, relieve the level of hemoglobin and reduce endometrial thickness.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of regulation of nutritional habits on quality of life by applying Short Form (SF-36) Quality of Life Scale. ⋯ The individuals who lost weight through adopting healthy dietary habits had increased SF-36 scores, indicating the positive effect of regulating diet on their quality of life.

To analyze the significance of myocardial enzymes, cardiac troponin T (cTnT) and hepatic and renal function in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children. ⋯ Timely monitoring of myocardial enzymes, hepatic and renal function and cTnT has an extremely important role in the evaluation of children with severe pneumonia.

Sociodemographic Characteristics as Predictors of Satisfaction in Public and Private Dental Clinics.
This study aimed to investigate influence of multiple sociodemographic characteristics on the patient satisfaction levels in outpatient public and private dental practices of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. ⋯ This study was exploratory and revealed an effect of individual variables on overall satisfaction score of the services attributes. Future plans for patient care could be developed with the help of this research.

To determine incidence and characteristics of traumatic Tympanic Membrane perforation in a tertiary care hospital. ⋯ Traumatic tympanic membrane perforation is common in young male. Slap was the commonest cause of traumatic perforation affecting left ear more than right ear. Inferior quadrant of the tympanic membrane was commonly involved and mild degree and conductive type of hearing loss was common.
