To know the long-term therapeutic effects and the pain improvement after percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) combined with and without back muscle rehabilitation exercises in elderly patients with osteoporotic lumbar compression fractures. ⋯ After elderly patients were treated with PKP combined with back muscle rehabilitation exercise of lumbar and dorsal muscle function, the curative effect was significantly improved, the pain was reduced and the lumbar function was significantly improved.

The rapid ultrasound in shock examination (RUSH process) is an assessment of patient's heart function, volume status, and vasculature, which can help anesthesiologist understand the patient's physical condition. In this study, the RUSH process was applied to elderly emergency surgery patients to evaluate whether it is beneficial to maintain the patient's vital signs stable during the operation. ⋯ The bedside ultrasound RUSH process is of great significance for anesthesiologist to understand the preoperative physical condition of elderly emergency surgery patients, and is beneficial to maintain the stability of intraoperative vital signs.

To investigate the effects of tigecycline combined with Cefoperazone on bacterial clearance and the expression of serum biochemical indexes [C-reactive protein (CRP), leukocyte count (WBC) and procalcitonin (PCT)] in patients with infection in an intensive care unit (ICU). ⋯ The combination of Cefoperazone and tigecycline in the treatment of ICU infection can effectively improve the treatment effect of the disease, have a significant bacterial clearance effect, and can reduce the serum levels of CRP, WBC and PCT.

To explore the effects of information motivation behavior skill (IMB) model in the cardiac rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease. ⋯ IMB model intervention measures can improve cardiopulmonary function and physical fitness, and enhance the patients' self-efficacy, resulting in high nursing satisfaction.

To investigate the clinicopathological features of patients with uterine myoma and to analyze and summarize factors affecting patient prognosis. ⋯ Many prognostic factors, including age, operation method, myoma type, myoma location, myoma number, and pelvic adhesion severity are linked to uterine myoma patient prognosis.
