To investigate the knowledge and awareness of ultrasound practitioners' concerning ultrasound artefacts in evaluating the hepatobiliary system. ⋯ The questionnaire-based comparative study of knowledge about artefacts of hepatobiliary ultrasound imaging reveals a high level of Ultrasound practitioners' knowledge in differentiating artefacts from pathology with a high level of knowledge in identifying hepatobiliary acoustic shadowing and acoustic enhancement artefacts. However, insufficient knowledge was noted in identifying mirror, side lobe, reverberation and ring down artefacts. A direct link was found between academic qualification, years of experience and practioners' knowledge among.

To investigate the correlations of initial lab and imaging findings in COVID-19 patients of different clinical types. ⋯ The CT features at initial diagnosis of COVID-19 were mainly characterized by multiple GGO with or without partial consolidation in both lungs, with the lesions mainly distributed at the subpleural regions. Some lab test indexes were correlated with the clinical types of COVID-19.

To determine the effects of donor and red blood cells concentrate characteristics on recipient hemoglobin increment following red blood cells transfusion in pediatric patients. ⋯ Donors' age and Rh blood group and red blood cell concentrates' washing accounts for significant rise in recipient's post-transfusion hemoglobin. These factors may be used to predict changes in recipients' hemoglobin before transfusion.

To investigate the changes in the expression levels of peripheral blood immunoregulatory T lymphocytes in children with bronchial asthma accompanied by recurrent infection. ⋯ Bronchial asthma with recurrent infection may have a close bearing on the expression level of peripheral blood immunoregulatory T lymphocytes, and indirect examination of peripheral blood T lymphocyte level in children can be used clinically to determine the incidence of the disease, which is of high clinical application value.

To investigate the clinical efficacy of exposure enhancement technique and femoral condyle pushing technique applying in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus of the knee. ⋯ Exposure enhancement technique and femoral condyle pushing technique in the repair of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus presents satisfactory efficacy. It can improve the pain and activity of the knee, and enhance the stability of residual meniscus. Therefore, it is worth promoting.
