[Characteristics and failure risk factors of sequential high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy after weaning from invasive ventilation in patients of surgical intensive care unit].
To investigate the characteristics and failure risk factors of sequential high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy (HFNC) after weaning from invasive ventilation. ⋯ HFNC is one of the commonly used oxygen therapy methods in the ICU, but not all patients who are treated as a sequential therapy after invasive mechanical ventilation weaning can benefit from it. SOFA score, BNP before HFNC treatment and HR after 30 minutes HFNC treatment were independent risk factors of HFNC failure. Each independent risk factor and regression model can predict the success of HFNC treatment.

[Study on the levels of main inflammatory factors in septic shock and their clinical significance].
To explore the correlation between major inflammatory factors and septic shock in intensive care unit (ICU) patients, and to provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of septic shock. ⋯ The levels of inflammatory factors CRP, NT-proBNP, TNF-α, PCT and IL-6 were significantly increased, which were important factors for early diagnosis of septic shock.

[Prognostic value of microRNA-122 combined with APACHE II score in patient with acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To investigate the prognostic value of microRNA-122 (miR-122) combined with acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II (APACHE II) score in patient with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and to provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of ARDS. ⋯ Elevated serum miR-122 expression level is associated with disease severity and prognosis of ARDS patients; miR-122 combination with APACHE II score has a high evaluation value on prognosis of ARDS patients.

[Experimental study on the mechanism of glycogen synthase kinase-3β inhibitor on acute kidney injury of acute necrotizing pancreatitis in rats].
To explore the protective mechanism of glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK-3β) inhibitor TDZD-8 on acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) associated kidney injury in rats. ⋯ Blockade of GSK-3β activity by TDZD-8 exerts the protective effect against kidney injury by inhibiting the inflammation signaling pathway in ANP. It can alleviate histopathological and ultrastructural changes in kidney injury, which protection mechanism is mediated by NF-ΚB and its related inflammatory mediators.
