Randomized Controlled TrialEffects of Electrical Automatic Massage on Cognition and Sleep Quality in Alzheimer's Disease Spectrum Patients: A Randomized Controlled Trial.
Muscle relaxation following electrical automatic massage (EAM) has been found to reduce fatigue, depression, stress, anxiety, and pain in individuals with various conditions. However, the effects of EAM have not been extensively explored in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). ⋯ While further studies in a clinical setting are needed to support our findings, these encouraging results suggest that EAM may be an alternative therapy for the management of associated symptoms in AD (ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT03507192, 24/04/2018).

Randomized Controlled TrialGemcitabine and Erlotinib with or without Oxaliplatin in Previously Untreated Advanced Pancreatic Cancer: A Randomized Phase II Trial.
Erlotinib has been the only targeted agent to show significantly improved outcomes in pancreatic adenocarcinoma when combined with gemcitabine. We aimed to evaluate whether the addition of oxaliplatin to a combination gemcitabine/erlotinib treatment conferred a clinical benefit in patients with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic pancreatic cancer. ⋯ The addition of oxaliplatin to a first-line gemcitabine/erlotinib regimen demonstrated higher response rates and significantly improved PFS in patients with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer.

Knot-Tying versus Knotless Suture Anchors for Arthroscopic Bankart Repair: A Comparative Study.
This study aimed to compare the results of using knotless and knot-tying suture anchors in arthroscopic Bankart repair. ⋯ Re-dislocation rates and clinical scores were similar with the use of knotless and knot-tying suture anchors in arthroscopic Bankart repair after a minimal 2 year follow-up.

The Association between Behavioral Risk Factors and Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Pulmonary Disease.
We aimed to determine the relationship between environmental exposure and nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease (NTM-PD) in Korea. ⋯ Frequent exposure to water at public baths might affect the odds of contracting NTM-PD, excluding individuals infected with M. intracellulare strains.

Low Expression of EphB2, EphB3, and EphB4 in Bladder Cancer: Novel Potential Indicators of Muscular Invasion.
Eph receptors are differentially expressed in numerous malignant tumors. This study intended to analyze the roles of EphB receptors (EphB2, B3, and B4) in urinary bladder cancer. ⋯ Low expression of EphB receptors (B2, B3, and B4) can be a predictive marker for muscular invasion of bladder cancer.
