ln this study, we compare the outcome of conservative management by closed reduction and figure of eight bandage in cases of midclavicular fractures with previously published results of other treatment methods. ⋯ We conclude that conservative treatment is the preferred method of treatment in cases of mid-clavicular fractures, unless there is an absolute indication for surgical therapy. This approach is easily applicable, cost effective and has fewer complications. Key Words: Midclavicular fracture, conservative treatment, closed reduction,figure of eight bandage.

A 26 year old women with a history of drug intoxication was taken to intensive care unit and had an ischemic, hand injury due to insufficient collateral low after placement of a radial artery catheter. Ischemic hand injury 1 occurred 36 hours after the cannulation. ⋯ Any evidence of hand ischemia after radial artery cannulation should be aggressively investigated and promptly treated in order to prevent morbidity and necrosis of the hand. The ambulance service is very important in emergency medicine. The aim of this study was to investigate the new governing statuate of private ambulance service and to propose some new ideas. ⋯ We concluded that it is necesssary to manage all the ambulance services in one center; all the private ambulance services have to have a specialist and all these must be determinated by the special rules.
