Dynamic 68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT and static image in NET patients. Correlation of parameters during PRRT.
To investigate the relationship between the dynamic parameters (Ki) and static image-derived parameters of 68Ga-DOTATOC-PET, to determine which static parameter best reflects underlying somatostatin-receptor-expression (SSR) levels on neuroendocrine tumours (NETs). ⋯ As the dynamic parameter Ki correlates best with the absolute SUVtumour, SUVtumour best reflects underlying SSR-levels in NETs.

The aim of this study was to estimate the diagnostic value of common application of CA 125 level measurement and 18F-FDG PET/CT examination in patients with a suspicion of recurrent ovarian cancer. ⋯ CA 125 level does not depend on the localization of the recurrence. PET/CT is particularly useful in patients with a suspicion of relapsing ovarian cancer with CA 125 value of at least 17.6 U/ml.

Comparative Study
The added value of SPECT/spiral CT in patients with equivocal bony metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the incremental value provided by single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)/spiral computed tomography (CT) over SPECT alone for the evaluation of equivocal bone lesions in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). ⋯ SPECT/spiral CT is more accurate and valuable than SPECT alone in the differential diagnosis of equivocal bone lesions in patients with HCC.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic abilities of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT) compared with those of ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for axillary lymph node staging in breast cancer patients. ⋯ The diagnostic performance of 18F-FDG PET/CT for detection of axillary node metastasis was not significantly different from that of ultrasonography or MRI in breast cancer patients. Combining 18F-FDG PET/CT with ultrasonography or MRI could improve the diagnostic performance compared to 18F-FDG PET/CT alone.
