To compare the safety and efficacy of percutaneous computed tomography (CT)-guided core-needle biopsy (CNB) of pancreatic masses traversing the gastrointestinal tract or solid viscera versus trans-mesenteric and retroperitoneal approaches. ⋯ Percutaneous CT-guided CNB using a trans-organ approach is a feasible technique for diagnosing pancreatic malignancy; however, as this series was small, more data is required.

T2* relaxation time in the detection and assessment of aggressiveness of peripheral zone cancer in comparison with diffusion-weighted imaging.
To investigate the feasibility of T2* relaxation time for distinguishing benign from malignant regions, as well as tumour aggressiveness, within the peripheral zone (PZ) of the prostate in comparison with diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI). ⋯ Preliminary findings suggest that the T2* relaxation time has increased diagnostic value compared with DWI in prostate PZ cancer assessment.

To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings of spinal arteriovenous fistulas (AVFs) to predict their locations and types. ⋯ Fistulous levels may be predicted to be within two levels of the most crowded levels of FVPVs. The dorsal dominance pattern of FVPVs favours SDAVFs, whereas ventral dominance suggests perimedullary AVFs.
