Phyllodes tumor or cystosarcoma phyllodes is a rare fibroepithelial neoplasm which arises from the periductal stroma of the breast. They are classified as benign, borderline, and malignant based on the histologic features. However, all phyllodes tumor (PT) subtypes are regarded as having malignant potential and correct diagnosis is important for surgical management and optimal care. ⋯ A total of 46 patients had wide local excision or excision biopsy whilst 30 underwent mastectomy as primary treatment. The majority of the borderline and malignant PTs in our study (75.0% and 85.7% respectively) and only 5 out of the 43 (11.6%) benign PT underwent mastectomy. There were 2 tumor recurrence in the benign PT group and 1 case in the borderline and malignant group respectively.

An effectiveness comparison of acupuncture treatments for insomnia disorder: A bayesian network meta-analysis protocol.
Acupuncture (ACU) is used frequently in the management of insomnia disorder in China. Whereas there is variability in practice regarding the selection of ACU treatments, most choices are made based on personal experience or preference of clinician. This study uses network meta-analysis to compare the effectiveness of different forms of ACU for insomnia and assesses the evidence with the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) approach. ⋯ The results of our study will provide the best possible ACU choice for clinicians, and the best possible strength of the evidence with the GRADE approach.

Wuqinxi is a traditional medicinal exercise that is widely practiced in China now. Because of its obvious medical rehabilitation, Wuqinxi has been used in the physical education for more than 1.2 million people in at least 24 Chinese Medicine university campuses in China for many years. This investigation aimed to evaluate whether Wuqinxi has the positive effect on physical improvements for female college students. ⋯ Therefore, the new gymnastics derived from ancient Chinese Wuqinxi exercise can improve the physical health of female college students so that it can be used as part of the development of higher education's health quality in the future.

Clear cell sarcoma of tendon and aponeurosis (CCSTA) or soft parts is a rare malignant melanin producing tumor entity that is derived from the neural crest cells originating from soft tissues displaying melanocytic differentiation. Diagnosis of CCSTA is difficult as it is dependent on age, size, location, necrosis, calcifications, cystic degeneration, and local to distant metastatic deposits. These tumors have very poor prognosis with a survival rate of 5-10 years because of local recurrence, early to late metastasis to lymph nodes, lungs, bones, and liver. ⋯ Our case emphasizes the importance of recognizing radiological characteristics of CCSTA, and its differentiation from other soft tissue tumors, when presenting atypically. MRI plays a significant role in the diagnosis supported by histopathology and immune-histochemistry. So, radiologists should be familiar about this presentation that could guide other personnel for early detection of soft tissue tumors while including CCSTA into differential diagnosis for evaluation.

The utility of FDG-PET/CT imaging in the evaluation of multicentric reticulohistiocytosis: A case report.
Multicentric reticulohistiocytosis (MRH) is a rare histiocytic disorder that involves the skin, joints, and visceral organs. ⋯ MRH is a progressive destructive arthritic condition, and early diagnostic and therapeutic strategies are necessary to improve the outcome. FDG-PET/CT and joint ultrasonography might be noninvasive imaging modalities that could help diagnose MRH.
