Review Case Reports
Pancreatic schwannoma mimicking pancreatic cystadenoma: A case report and literature review of the imaging features.
Schwannomas, also known as neurilemmoma, are benign neoplasms that originating from Schwann cells in peripheral nerve sheaths. The head, neck, and extremities are the most common sites; however, pancreatic schwannomas are rare neoplasms. Accurate preoperative diagnosis of these tumors is very tough because of pancreatic schwannomas usually mimicking other cystic tumors. Here we present a case of pancreatic schwannoma misdiagnosed as pancreatic cystadenoma. ⋯ Precise preoperative diagnosis of pancreatic schwannomas is very difficult despite the application of multiple imaging modalities. Surgery is the most effective treatment for this rare disease and the final diagnosis usually relies on pathology. Following complete tumor removal, patients with pancreatic schwannomas generally have a good prognosis.

Review Case Reports
Pneumonitis and concomitant bacterial pneumonia in patients receiving pembrolizumab treatment: Three case reports and literature review.
Pembrolizumab, a monoclonal antibody against the programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) protein, can induce a stable regression of some malignancies refractory to conventional chemotherapy. Despite such therapeutic benefits, pembrolizumab can induce immune-related adverse events, with pneumonitis being the most critical problem. ⋯ The prognosis of pembrolizumab-induced pneumonitis with a superimposed bacterial pneumonia would be poor. It is important to distinguish pure pneumonitis from that with a superimposed bacterial pneumonia.

Health education during pregnancy is important to improve maternal and children outcomes. However, the strategies must be specifically designed for each context and demographic characteristics. Our objective was identify health education strategies targeting pregnant women with the intention of improving results of pregnancy at an urban level. ⋯ It is important that health education strategies continue after childbirth, independent of the strategy. All the strategies presented in this review are suitable for transfer with a moderate chance of success of implementation or improvement of current education methodologies. Further research is required on health education, including a higher number of patients.

Meta Analysis
A meta-analytic investigation of the impact of mindfulness-based interventions on ADHD symptoms.
Mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) have been reported to be efficacious in treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). However, the value of the control effect of MBIs on ADHD core symptoms remains controversial. To clarify the literature on the control effect of MBIs on the symptoms of ADHD and guide future researches, an effect-size analysis was conducted. ⋯ The present meta-analysis suggested that MBIs had large effects in reducing ADHD core symptoms in comparison with the control group. Future researches are needed to assess follow-up effects of MBIs on ADHD core symptoms and explore the correlation between the individual level of mindfulness and reduction of ADHD symptoms.

Lumbar myofascial pain is a major contributor to chronic low back pain. Acupuncture has been applied as an effective treatment for chronic low back pain worldwide. However, few critical systematic reviews focus on the effect of acupuncture on chronic low back pain caused by lumbar myofascial pain have been published. The study aims to evaluate the current evidence on the efficacy of acupuncture for chronic low back pain caused by lumbar myofascial pain. ⋯ The study will provide evidence to illustrate acupuncture is an effective therapeutic intervention for chronic low back pain caused by lumbar myofascial pain.
