To identify the prevalence of chronic disease and behavior risk factors of adverse pregnancy outcome for pre-pregnancy couples in Hunan province, China. A retrospective study including cross-sectional datas from the Free Pre-pregnancy Health Check (FPHC) surveillance system of Hunan, China in 2019 was conducted. Microsoft Excel 2010 was used for preliminary data analysis. ⋯ The mean number of risk factors was higher in males than that in females. Hypertension, increased psychological pressure, high alanine transaminase and creatinine levels, smoking, passive smoke exposure, alcohol use, and exposure to dangerous environmental factors were the major risk factors for males. Anemia, work-related pressure and social tensions were the major risk factors for females.

Comparative Study
A comparative study of the normal oesophageal wall thickness based on 3-dimensional, 4-dimensional, and cone beam computed tomography.
The study aimed to compare normal oesophageal wall thickness based on 3-dimensional computed tomography (3DCT), 4-dimensional computed tomography (4DCT) and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). ⋯ Our findings indicate normal oesophageal wall thickness differed along the length of oesophagus whatever it was delineated on 3DCT, 4DCT (4DCT50 and 4DCTMIP) or CBCT. It is reasonable to use uniform criterion to identify normal esophageal wall thickness when delineating gross tumor volume on 3DCT and 4DCT50, the same is true of delineating internal gross tumor volume on 4DCTMIP or CBCT images for lower and intra-abdominal oesophagus. But, in spite of using contrast-enhanced scanning, relatively blurred boundary on the CBCT images is noteworthy, especially for upper and middle thoracic esophagus.

The objective of this current research is to investigate the effectiveness of the nursing intervention of combination gelatin sponge and moist wound healing in treating the pressure ulcers (PUs). ⋯ The nursing intervention of gelatin sponge combined with the moist wound- healing may evidently increase the healing efficiency of PU.

Peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) is closely related to venous thromboembolism (VTE). It is a common complication of hospitalized patients, and its etiology is complex. How to prevent the occurrence of VTE is the focus of clinical work. In order to provide basis for individual prevention and accurate treatment of VTE, the purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between ABO blood group and the risk of VTE in cancer patients associated with PICC through meta-analysis. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/6DPFG.

Ganglioneuroblastoma (GNB) is a transitional tumor of sympathetic origin that has never been described as primarily involving the orbit. Herein we report an extremely rare case of GNB with primary orbital involvement and its treatment strategies. ⋯ Herein we present a rare case of GNB primarily involving the orbit, and the findings showed that GNB could originate from the orbit. The patient underwent surgical tumor resection. The histopathological and immunohistochemical features were consistent with the diagnosis of GNB. For this case, there was no recurrence for 19 months after complete surgical excision of the tumor; however, a regular long-term follow-up is required.
