More than 11 million people suffer from coronary heart disease (CHD) angina in China, showing high morbidity and mortality rates. Yufengingxin (YFNX) is a commonly used Chinese patent medicine in CHD angina treatment. The purpose of this protocol is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of YFNX for the treatment of CHD angina. ⋯ This systematic review will provide strong evidence for the effectiveness and safety of YFNX in the treatment of CHD angina.

The expression of microRNA-21 has been shown to be associated with the prognosis in patients with malignant tumors. However, its prognostic value in epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC) remains controversial. This meta-analysis aimed to synthesize available data to clarify the association between microRNA-21 expression levels and clinical prognosis in EOC patients. ⋯ The findings of this systematic review will show the effect of high expression of microRNA-21 on the prognosis of EOC patients.

To comprehensively analyze the relative effectiveness of Raman spectroscopy (RS) in the diagnosis of suspected hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). ⋯ Through this meta-analysis, we intend to provide the pooled sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy of RS in the diagnosis of suspected HCC. Other parameters like positive LR, negative LR, DOR and AUC of the SROC curve will also be calculated and drawn to help illustrate the efficacy of RS in the diagnosis of HCC.

Conservative versus surgical treatment for Garden I hip fracture: A randomized controlled trial protocol.
A femoral neck fracture (FNF) is one of the most destructive and familiar injuries encountered via the orthopedic surgeons. However, this is no guideline for the treatment of the Garden I hip fractures because the current evidence is limited from the poor study design and small sample size. The objective of our research is to compare the safety and effectiveness of the surgical treatment and conservative treatment in the non-displaced FNFs. ⋯ The current trial will offer better evidence for the future treatment selection for Garden 1 FNFs for patients older than 75years old.
