Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) has become the major reason of causing death around the world. As a newer generation fibrinolytic agent, the potential of tenecteplase in treating AIS has been determined in clinical studies and meta-analysis. However, various doses have been prescribed for tenecteplase in clinical practice, and the optimal dose is not yet clear. ⋯ The protocol of our systematic review and network meta-analysis was registered in International Plateform of Registered Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Protocols (INPLASY) platform with an approval number of INPLASY2020100086 (https://inplasy.com/inplasy-2020-10-0086/). Moreover, this protocol was funded through a protocol registry.

Meta Analysis
Effects of Chaihu-Shugan-San for reflux esophagitis: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis.
Reflux esophagitis (RE) is a common disease which is caused by the reflux of stomach and duodenal contents. As a classic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, Chaihu-Shugan-San (CSS) has been used in the treatment of RE. However, no critically designed overview to evaluate the systematic review of CSS for RE has been carried out. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CSS in the treatment of RE. ⋯ The findings will be an available reference to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CSS on RE and provide decision-making reference on which method to choose for clinicians.

Meta Analysis
The association of CDKN2BAS gene polymorphisms and intracranial aneurysm: A meta-analysis.
Intracranial aneurysm (IA) is one of the main causes of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) leading to a high percentage of disability and mortality worldwide. In addition to environmental factors, the risk of rupture or prognosis of intracranial aneurysm is also closely related to gene. ⋯ Therefore, we performed a meta-analysis of CDKN2BAS SNPs to explore its association with intracranial aneurysms and the results show a significance relation between rs10757272, rs1333040, and rs6475606 with intracranial aneurysm. This will open a new perspective for future intracranial aneurysm gene research and therapy.

Urticaria is a common skin disease in clinic. The main clinical symptoms are sudden attack, various forms, different sizes of wind, and erythema, accompanied by varying degrees of itching. At present, antihistamines, non-specific antiallergic agents, or glucocorticoids are the main treatment, with some side effects and adverse reactions. Moxibustion therapy has shown strong advantages in the treatment of urticaria, and the curative effect is accurate. Therefore, this paper will carry out a systematic evaluation and meta-analysis of the efficacy and safety of moxibustion in the treatment of urticaria. ⋯ INPLASY2020100040.

Only a few cases of accidental deaths due to speargun injuries are reported in the literature. Murder or suicide cases are even rarer. ⋯ The investigation into unusual cases of death constitutes a complex matter and requires a careful evaluation on the part of the forensic pathologist. A differential diagnosis may be necessary in order to rule out simulated suicide/homicide. In this particular case, the analysis of the scene of the self-suppression event and available circumstantial information, the evaluation of clinical data, the complete autopsy and the comparison between the injuries of the victim and the characteristics of the weapon used led to the confirmation of the suicidal nature of the death.
