Randomized Controlled Trial
Effects of Danlou tablet for the treatment of stable angina pectoris: A study protocol of a randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled clinical trial.
Stable angina pectoris has a high prevalence and causes serious harm. Revascularization therapy can relieve angina pectoris to some extent, but it is not widely accepted in China due to the cost and secondary events. The Chinese proprietary medicine Danlou tablet has been widely used to treat angina pectoris, but previous trials had inadequate methodologies. In this study, we aim to conduct a randomized controlled trial to evaluate its efficacy and safety on stable angina. ⋯ This study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of Guang'anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in Beijing, China (No. 2019-225-KY).

Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Arthroscopy versus nonoperative treatment of symptomatic femoroacetabular impingement syndrome: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis.
Presently, hip arthroscopy is a widely adopted surgical intervention for the treatment of femoroacetabular impingement (FAI). However, there is insufficient evidence regarding which between arthroscopy and nonoperative treatment is more optimal for symptomatic FAI. ⋯ Despite arthroscopy being associated with significantly superior iHOT-33 scores after 12 months of follow-up, we were unable to discern the difference between the treatment strategies using other scoring methods, such as HOS, EQ-VAS, mHHS, and NAHS. Further studies will be needed to conclusively determine if 1 strategy is superior to the other for treating FAI.

Meta Analysis
The effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating tenosynovitis: A systematic review and meta-analysis protocol.
De Quervain's tenosynovitis is an overuse disease that involves a thickening of the abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis tendons. Evidence shows that acupuncture and moxibustion (AM) could remarkably relieve the pain of De Quervain's tenosynovitis patients. The aim of this protocol is to determine the efficacy and safety of AM for treating De Quervain's tenosynovitis. ⋯ CRD42020158764.

The purpose of this meta-analysis is to compare the efficacy and safety of aspirin and rivaroxaban in the prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE) following either total knee arthroplasty or total hip arthroplasty. ⋯ Our results suggested that aspirin and rivaroxaban offered similar effect in the prevention of VTE after total knee arthroplasty or total hip arthroplasty. However, rivaroxaban seemed to have better effect than aspirin in reducing the risk of DVT, and aspirin was safer than rivaroxaban in decreasing the blood transfusion rate.

To evaluate the effects and safety of intra-articular injection of mesenchymal stem cells on patients with knee osteoarthritis by a systematic review and meta-analysis. ⋯ Intra-articular injection of mesenchymal stem cells is effective and safety to relieve pain and improve motor function of patients with knee osteoarthritis in a short term which is different to conclusions of previous study.
