Musculoskeletal injuries (MSDs) have become a major public health problem worldwide. Current diagnosis techniques for MSDs are often associated with radiation exposure, expensive cost, or contraindication. Infrared thermography (IRT) is becoming a proposed tool to assist in diagnosing MSDs, but current evidence is inconclusive. Thus, herein we aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of IRT for MSDs. ⋯ CRD42020184867.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) as a disease that poses a great threat to human health, which has become a public health issue of great concern. Studies have found that exercise training has a positive effect on improving the condition of chronic kidney disease. We will conduct a network meta-analysis to assess the effects of aerobic training, resistance training and combined aerobic and resistance training in treating CKD patients. ⋯ The data involved in this study are from published articles. For this reason, there is no need for ethical approval or patient consent.

A cataract is a degenerative change in the optical quality of the lens caused by protein denaturation. Modern medicine is mainly based on surgical treatment. Cataract surgery is often accompanied by severe inflammation, and glucocorticoid therapy has many adverse reactions and side effects. The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug sodium bromfenac not only has good anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-allergic effects, but also does not produce side effects caused by hormone drugs. Clinical studies have shown that sodium bromfenac eye drops have a good curative effect in treating postoperative inflammation of cataract, with low recurrence rate and certain therapeutic advantages, but lack of evidence-based medicine evidence. The purpose of this study is to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of sodium bromfenac eye drops in the treatment of postoperative inflammation of cataracts. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/3KP7R.

Breast cancer is the most familiar cancer and the major cause of the cancer death in women worldwide. The breast cancer patients may suffer from severe mental and physical trauma. At present, there are few studies on the music therapy for patients with breast cancer. The objective of our paper is to assess the effect of music intervention on mental and physical state of breast cancer patients. ⋯ Music intervention can improve the mental and physical health of the breast cancer patients.

Application of MR diffusion imaging for non-invasive assessment of acute kidney injury after lung transplantation.
To assess whether MR diffusion imaging may be applied for non-invasive detection of renal changes correlating with clinical diagnosis of acute kidney injury (AKI) in patients after lung transplantation (lutx). Fifty-four patients (mean age 49.6, range 26-64 years) after lutx were enrolled in a prospective clinical study and underwent functional MR imaging of the kidneys in the early postoperative period. Baseline s-creatinine ranged from 39 to 112 μmol/L. ⋯ Reduction of renal ADC correlated significantly with acute loss of renal function after lutx (decrease of renal function in the postoperative period and glomerular filtration rate on the day of MRI). MR diffusion imaging enables non-invasive assessment of renal changes correlating with AKI early after lutx. Reduction of diffusion anisotropy was present in all patients after lutx, whereas marked reduction of renal ADC was observed only in the group of lutx recipients with AKI and correlated with renal function impairment.
