To compare the therapeutic effect of 6 SSRIs among the Chinese senile depression patients. And drug-induced nausea leads to low compliance in elderly depression patients in China, it is urgent to assess the safety of 6 SSRIs with respect to induced-nausea among the Chinese senile depression patients. ⋯ The rank of SSRIs with respect to induced-nausea was: Combination of EP > Fluoxetine > Paroxetine > Citalopram > Sertraline > Fluvoxamine > Escitalopram, respectively.

Retinal vein occlusion (RVO) is the second most common etiology for vision loss. There is contrasting evidence on the association between diabetes mellitus (DM) and the risk of RVO. We performed a meta-analysis of published articles before October 31, 2019, to estimate a pooled odds ratio for the association between DM and RVO, including central and branch RVO by a fixed or random effects model. ⋯ Subgroup analysis indicated that DM was significantly associated with CRVO (OR = 1.98, 95% CI: 1.29-3.03, I = 67.9%), but not significantly associated with BRVO (OR = 1.22, 95% CI: 0.95-1.56, I = 64.1%). In conclusion, the result of present meta-analysis suggested that DM is a risk factor for RVO. More well-designed studies on the relationship between RVO and DM should be undertaken in the future.

Review Case Reports
The epithelioid gastrointestinal stromal tumor with pulmonary metastasis: A rare case report and literature review.
Available literature states that the histological subtype of the gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) with pulmonary metastasis is often spindle cell type. To our knowledge, this is the first report of the GIST with pulmonary metastasis of very uncommon epithelioid subtype. ⋯ We report a rare case of the GIST with pulmonary metastasis of epithelioid subtype. This case is of great significance to the pathologist's clinical work. For pathologists, if an epithelioid tumor in the lung is found, it is necessary to check whether the gastrointestinal tract also has the tumor, which may be an epithelioid GIST with pulmonary metastasis.

Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Association between vitamin D and prediabetes: A PRISMA-compliant meta-analysis.
Previous studies showed conflicting results for associations between vitamin D and prediabetes. The study aimed to make a systematic review and meta-analysis for the association between vitamin D and prediabetes. ⋯ The study supported that low serum levels of 25(OH) vitamin D increased the risk of prediabetes. In addition, vitamin D supplementation improves impaired glucose tolerance in prediabetes. However, more large-scale clinical trials are essential to explore the association between vitamin D and prediabetes.

Observational Study
Physical symptoms and mental health status in deep underground miners: A cross-sectional study.
The aim of the present study was to reveal the physical symptom changes and their correlations with mental health status in deep underground miners. A total of 286 deep underground miners completed a cross-sectional questionnaire study at China Pingmei Shenma mine complex. The questionnaire included sociodemographics, self-reported physical symptoms, underground adverse environmental factors, and the Symptom Checklist-90-Revised (SCL-90-R). ⋯ The physical and mental health status of deep underground miners was poorer than the general Chinese male population. Some adverse environmental factors were identified that may have influenced health status. Measures are suggested to improve the deep underground working environment.
