Nonpharmacological intervention can improve the sleep quality of hemodialysis patients. However, there are many types of nonpharmacological interventions, which makes it difficult to determine the best one. Therefore, this study carried out network meta-analysis to evaluate the effects of nonpharmacological intervention on sleep quality of hemodialysis patients, so as to provide evidence for the selection of the optimal nonpharmacological intervention for the improvement of sleep quality of hemodialysis patients clinically. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/4BPKT.

Review Case Reports
Ovarian teratoma in a teenager causing ureterohydronephrosis: Case report and literature review.
Teratomas are solid tumors that may occur in both gonadal and extragonadal locations, depending on the age of the child. Benign cystic teratomas are relatively common tumors among women of reproductive age, but they can occur at any age. The clinical presentation is not specific. They can be found incidentally when patients are investigated for other conditions or they can present as emergencies when the ovarian teratoma is torsioned or ruptured. ⋯ In a teenager with nonspecific symptoms, a high suspicion index for tumors is mandatory. An early diagnosis and management avoid complications like UHN.

Meta Analysis
Gwakhyangjeonggi-san for irritable bowel syndrome: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis.
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a chronic functional bowel disorder characterized by abdominal pain or discomfort, stool irregularities, and bloating. Owing to its atypical symptoms and various mechanisms, there is no standard treatment for IBS. Gwakhyangjeonggi-san (GJS), a traditional Korean herbal medicine, has been used to treat lower intestinal abnormalities in Asia. We will systematically review randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to evaluate the efficacy and safety of GJS as a complementary treatment for IBS. ⋯ DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/V93JN (https://osf.io/v93jn).

Right ventricular pacing (RVP) has been widely accepted as a traditional pacing strategy, but long-term RVP has detrimental impact on ventricular synchrony. However, left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) that evolved from His-bundle pacing could maintain ventricular synchrony and overcome its clinical deficiencies such as difficulty of lead implantation, His bundle damage, and high and unstable thresholds. This analysis aimed to appraise the clinical safety and efficacy of LBBP. ⋯ The safety and efficacy of LBBP was firstly verified by meta-analysis to date. LBBP markedly preserve ventricular electrical and mechanical synchrony compared with RVP. Meanwhile, LBBP had stable and excellent pacing parameters. However, LBBP could not be significant difference in ejection fraction between RVP during short- term follow-up.

There is no meta-analysis or review in the literature to compare and evaluate the difference and effectiveness of ultrasonic-accelerated thrombolysis (UAT) and catheter directed thrombolysis (CDT) in lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT) patients. Therefore, we conducted this protocol of systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy between UAT and CDT for patients with lower extremity DVT. ⋯ 10.17605/OSF.IO/YZB3H.
