Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is one of the common diseases in female urinary system diseases, and the incidence is increasing year by year. Moxibustion therapy, as a kind of acupuncture therapy, has been widely used in the clinical treatment of SUI, but its therapeutic effect and safety have not been scientifically and systematically evaluated. Therefore, the protocol of this systematic review we propose this time is to scientifically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of moxibustion in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (FSUI). ⋯ The conclusion of this systematic review will provide evidence for judging whether moxibustion is a safer and more effective intervention for female stress urinary incontinence.

The addition of rituximab to standard chemotherapy has been shown to improve response rates in patients with acute or chronic lymphocytic leukemia. However, the prognostic factors associated with progression-free survival in rituximab treated patients with lymphocytic leukemias remains unclear. We will perform a comprehensive systematic review and meta-analysis on available data on prognostic factors associated with the clinical outcomes of patients with acute and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. ⋯ International prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSERO) number: CRD42021218997.

Mental health disorders are highly prevalent among university students. Mental health is important in the healthy growth and overall development of university students. Many studies have indicated that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) exercise therapies can alleviate anxiety and depression symptoms in university students. However, their definite efficacy and the optimal choice of TCM exercise therapy remain controversial. In this study, we aim to assess and compare the effects of different TCM exercise therapies on anxiety and depression symptoms in university students by network meta-analysis. ⋯ This meta-analysis will provide the evidence for supporting the intervention strategies of TCM exercise therapy for improving negative emotions such as anxiety and depression among university students.OSF REGISTRATION NUMBER: DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/VTGBE.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a widespread developmental disorder of the nervous system with an unclear etiology and pathogenesis. Its global incidence is currently increasing, and no effective drugs are available to improve its core symptoms. Nonpharmaceutical therapy can effectively relieve the core symptoms of autism, has fewer side effects than drugs, and is easily accepted by patients. This systematic and network meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the impact of non-pharmaceutical therapy on autism to explore preferable therapeutic options for autism. ⋯ CRD 42021275571.

Strephenopodia is a common complication after stroke, which is easily neglected in the early stage of the disease and seriously affects the rehabilitation process of patients' limbs, and brings huge security risks and family burden. A large number of studies have confirmed that acupuncture combined with rehabilitation (ACR) has a significant effect on strephenopodia after stroke (SAS), but there is still a lack of systematic scientific evidence to support this argument. In this systematic review, we aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ACR in the treatment of SAS, to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical treatment of the disease. ⋯ CRD42021290960.
