High-risk-human papillomavirus (HR-HPV)-induced cervical cancer is the second most common cause of death among females worldwide. HPV16 is the most prevalent HR-HPV infection worldwide. This study found the genotypic distribution of HR-HPV in the local population and investigated the sequence variations among the E6 and E7 oncogenes of the local HPV16 genotype to the E6 and E7 oncogenes of the foreign HPV16 genotypes and constructed a phylogenetic relationship based on nucleotide sequence comparison among the variants identified in our study along with previously reported isolates that were obtained from different regions of the world. ⋯ Twenty-one nucleotide sequences were included in this analysis. The first, second, and third codon positions are also included. The final dataset included 776 positions.

Infection is a common complication of leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy. Blood culture results are often needed to guide clinical use, but repeated sampling is often necessary to improve the positive rate and eliminate contamination. The purpose of this paper is to find predictive factors of blood culture results among clinical and laboratory indicators and try to establish a prediction model, so as to better choose the time of blood culture examination, predict the results, and better guide clinical treatment. ⋯ The sensitivity of the 2 variables for predicting blood culture results was high, but the specificity was low. In the process of external validation, the predictive ability of the constructed prediction model to the blood culture results was low. This study identified clinical and laboratory parameters associated with blood culture outcomes, but the predictive model established has low predictive accuracy in external validation.

Lymphangioma, a rare benign tumor of the lymphatic system, is called lymphangiomatosis when it involves >1 organ, which is more rarely complicated with thoracic obstruction, the relationship between them remains unclear. With the development of enteroscopy, clinicians know more about small intestinal lymphangioma and attempt to treat it through enteroscopic injection sclerotherapy(EIS). ⋯ Lymphangiomatosis is the malformation of the lymphatic system involving multiple organs, it has a possibility to be associated with thoracic obstruction. Capsule endoscopy and enteroscopy are effective methods to diagnose small intestinal lymphangioma, and EIS is an effective therapy.

Renal nutcracker syndrome is a rare phenomenon that often causes various disability symptoms. The treatment protocol has been explored for a long time, but no consensus has been reached. ⋯ Robotic-assisted combined transposition of the left renal vein and gonadal vein is a safe and promising option for this condition.

Case report of intracranial large vessel occlusion in glioblastoma multiforme patient after radiation therapy.
Vasculopathy of the large arteries is a prominent complication of radiotherapy. Radiation-induced cerebral vasculopathy can cause arterial stenosis/occlusion, cerebral hemorrhage, and aneurysm formation. We report a cases of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) with occlusive radiation vasculopathy (ORV). ⋯ MRA is a potential screening tool for ORV in GBM patients and bypass surgery could be performed to improve brain perfusion. Bypass surgery could help patient with occlusive radiation vasculopathy.
