For aortic dissection survivors, health promotion can help them recover from the disease, which requires systematic program support. The aim of this study was to construct a health promotion program for aortic dissection survivors. Literature search, group discussion, and expert consultation were used. ⋯ The Kendall W coefficient of the 2 rounds were 0.210 to 0.370 (P < .05) and 0.221 to 0.378 (P < .05), respectively. The mean importance value and coefficient of variation of each item were >3.5 and <0.25, respectively. The health promotion program constructed in this study was reasonable and scientific, which could provide a reference for clinical work.

Microsurgical complication associated with vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT): A case report.
The use of ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 (Astra Zeneca) vaccine has proven beneficial, but in a limited number of the general population, it was found to be associated with vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT). However, there have been no reports of this complication occurring in a microsurgical free tissue transfer. ⋯ We believe this is the first case describing microthrombi in the free flap due to VITT after microsurgical reconstruction. Patients and surgeons should be advised of this possible risk when contemplating microsurgery once VITT has developed after ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 administration.

The purpose of this study was to assess the demographic data, clinical manifestations, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), hematology, brain magnetic resonance imaging, electroencephalograms, and therapy and prognosis related to anti-gamma-aminobutyric acid B (anti-GABABR) encephalitis. We retrospectively examined the demographic data, clinical manifestations, laboratory results, brain magnetic resonance imaging, electroencephalograms, and therapy and prognosis of 6 patients with anti-GABABR encephalitis. We used the clinical data of patients with anti-GABABR encephalitis admitted to the Department of Neurology of Mianyang Central Hospital obtained from January 2017 to September 2020. ⋯ Epilepsy is the most common initial symptom in patients of anti-GABABR encephalitis. Many patients are also affected by tumors. Early immunotherapy can achieve excellent effects, the long-term prognosis is good for most patients.

No studies have been conducted on the impact of different types of ovulatory dysfunction on the outcomes of frozen-thawed embryo transfers (FETs) in a letrozole-stimulated cycle in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). This study aimed to compare whether pregnancy outcomes of the letrozole-induced protocol in FET cycles differed between oligo-ovulatory and anovulatory women with PCOS. In a retrospective cohort study, women with PCOS who had undergone letrozole-induced FET at a university-affiliated fertility clinic from February 2014 to October 2020 were identified. ⋯ Despite adjustment for confounding factors, those with oligo-ovulatory PCOS had a higher LBR and lower pregnancy loss rate compared with those with anovulatory PCOS. This may indicate that when oligo-ovulation is detected, PCOS patients should be intervened in time to conceive as soon as possible. Prospective studies must be conducted in the future to verify our findings.
