Randomized Controlled Trial
Financial InceNtives for cArdiac rehabilitatioN ComplEtion (FINANCE) (single blind pragmatic RCT).
Cardiac rehabilitation (CR) is strongly indicated in patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI), and has been proven to reduce mortality and recurrence and improve patients quality of life. Although clinical guidelines for CR have already been developed domestically and internationally, hospital-based CR remains underutilized. Currently, studies exploring strategies to improve CR participation in South Korea and Asia are limited. ⋯ Providing financial incentives may confirm the effect of increasing CR on participation and completion rates.

Radiation therapy plays an important role in tumor treatment. The development of image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) technology provides a strong guarantee for precise radiation therapy of tumors. However, bibliometric studies on IGRT research have rarely been reported. ⋯ Six thousand four hundred seven articles are distributed in 712 journals, and the top 3 journals are Med Phys, Int J Radiat Oncol, and Radiather Oncol. Precise registration, intelligence, magnetic resonance guidance, and deep learning are current research hotspots. These results demonstrate that the research in this field is relatively mature and fruitful in the past 35 years, providing a solid theoretical basis and practical experience for precision radiotherapy.

Full recovery of lung tissue after severe viral pneumonia H1N1: A case report with 10 years follow-up.
World healthcare frequently faced severe viral pneumonia cases in the last decades, due to pandemic situations such as H1N1, MERS-CoV, and SARS-COVID-19. ⋯ All sequential examinations and histological findings show a healing trend with the final full recovery of lung tissue.

The correlation among circular RNAs (circRNAs), microRNAs, and messenger RNAs have gained increasing attention in recent years. However, the mechanism of such discoveries in colorectal cancer (CRC) is not yet elucidated. The present study aimed to clarify whether the novel circRNAs regulate the prognosis-related genes through the competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNA). ⋯ Immunohistochemical staining further validated that SCRIN1 was significantly higher in cancer than in adjacent normal tissues. Our study identified and primarily validated the hsa_circ_0046430/miR-6785-5p/SRCIN1 regulatory axis impacted on CRC prognosis, suggesting novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets for CRC patients. Further in-depth studies are essential to confirm the underlying ceRNA mechanism.

This study aimed to develop a risk prediction nomogram for endometrial carcinoma and precancerous lesions in postmenopausal women to provide postmenopausal patients with more information on disease probability, work out personalized medical plans, and reduce unnecessary invasive clinical examinations. We enrolled 340 patients who underwent hysteroscopy at Beijing Maternity Hospital between March 2016 and July 2018. The patients were divided into the low-risk (275 patients) and high-risk (65 patients) groups, according to the results of the pathological examinations. ⋯ A high C-index value of 0.844 could still be reached in the interval validation. Obesity, vaginal bleeding, family history of gynecological malignancies, endometrial thickness ≥ 1.15 cm, and color Doppler flow imaging blood flow were independent risk factors for endometrial cancer and precancerous lesions. Thus, the prediction nomogram can be conveniently used to facilitate individual risk prediction in patients with endometrial cancer and precancerous lesions.
