In recent years, China medical and health services have made great development. However, the management of nursing human resources in operating room of primary hospitals still faces a series of challenges. In the nursing work of operating room, high-quality nursing human resource management is important for improving the efficiency of operating room and ensuring the safety of patients. ⋯ After the implementation of the comprehensive collaborative scheduling system, the annual surgical volume has increased significantly, and the average daily working hours of nursing staff have decreased. Comprehensive collaborative scheduling is an effective method of nursing human resource management in operating room, which can effectively improve the work efficiency of nurses and the satisfaction of patients, doctors and nurses. In practice, this method needs to be continuously explored and refined to adapt to different application scenarios and requirements.

Epidemiological and clinical studies have indicated a higher risk of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), implying a potentially shared genetic etiology, which is still less explored. Genetic links between T2DM and NAFLD were assessed using linkage disequilibrium score regression and pleiotropic analysis under composite null hypothesis. European GWAS data have identified shared genes, whereas SNP-level pleiotropic analysis under composite null hypothesis has explored pleiotropic loci. generalized gene-set analysis of GWAS data determines pleiotropic pathways and tissue enrichment using eQTL mapping to identify associated genes. ⋯ These genes were mainly enriched in pancreas, brain, and liver tissues. The Mendelian randomization method indicated a significantly positive unidirectional causal relationship between T2DM and NAFLD. Our study identified a shared genetic structure between NAFLD and T2DM, providing new insights into the genetic pathogenesis and mechanisms of NAFLD and T2DM comorbidities.

Analysis and validation of biomarkers of immune cell-related genes in postmenopausal osteoporosis: An observational study.
Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) is a common metabolic inflammatory disease. In conditions of estrogen deficiency, chronic activation of the immune system leads to a hypo-inflammatory phenotype and alterations in its cytokine and immune cell profile, although immune cells play an important role in the pathology of osteoporosis, studies on this have been rare. Therefore, it is important to investigate the role of immune cell-related genes in PMOP. ⋯ Five signature genes were found to be associated with proteasome, mitochondria, and lysosome by gene set enrichment analysis. The real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction results showed that the expression of the signature genes was significantly different between the 2 groups. HIST1H2AG, PYGM, NCKAP1, POMP, and LYPLA1 might play key roles in PMOP and be served as the biomarkers of PMOP.

Relationship between atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and diabetic retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
This study aimed to explore the potential correlation between atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) and diabetic retinopathy (DR) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). We enrolled 6540 patients with T2DM who were receiving chronic disease management for hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperlipidemia in Chengyang District of Qingdao. Among them, 730 had ASCVD (ASCVD group), which 5810 did not (N-ASCVD group). ⋯ Interestingly, only the PDR was associated with ASCVD. Even after accounting for traditional ASCVD risk factors such as age, sex, and family history, PDR remained associated with ASCVD, with a staggering 718% increase in the risk for patients with PDR. Therefore, there is a strong association between ASCVD and DR in individuals with T2DM, with PDR particularly exhibiting an independent and positive correlation with increased ASCVD risk.

Platelet endothelial aggregation receptor 1 (PEAR1) and prostaglandin endoperoxide synthase 1 (PTGS1) polymorphisms can affect laboratory aspirin resistance. However, the impact of genetic polymorphisms on the recurrence of ischemic stroke (IS) patients treated with aspirin is not fully understood. This study aimed to examine the relationship between gene polymorphisms of PEAR1 and PTGS1 and IS recurrence in patients treated with aspirin. ⋯ Compared to the nonrecurrent group, the AA genotype of the PTGS1 polymorphism was more frequent in the recurrent group (59.77% vs 35.29%, P = .003), and the A allele also showed a higher frequency than the G allele in the recurrent group (P = .001). Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that smoking (OR = 5.228, 95% CI: 1.938-14.102, P = .001), coronary heart disease (OR = 4.754, 95% CI: 1.498-15.089, P = .008), and the polymorphism at PTGS1(A>G) AA/AG + GG (OR = 2.955, 95% CI: 1.320-6.616, P = .008) were independently associated with IS recurrence in Chinese patients. Our findings suggested that PTGS rs10306114 polymorphisms should receive more attention in the use of aspirin in patients with IS.
