Delayed graft function alter living donor transplantation is a subject of debate. Delayed graft function can be partially explained by renal ischemia-reperfusion injury, when severe is associated with decreased graft survival. In this experimental living donor model study, we analyze the hemodynamic, histological and biochemical effects of laparoscopic nephrectomy. We also, analyze the effect of a pulsatile machine perfusion for kidney preservation during cold ischemia time. ⋯ In our experience: Laparoscopic nephrectomy versus open nephrectomy produces, in a model of living donor transplant, a lower value or renal blood flow and a higher value of renal vascular resistanse. These hemodynamic findings tend to normalize by 60 min after the reperfusion. A lower blood concentration of nitric oxide after the transplant was detected in laparoscopic group Vs open surgery group.

Review Case Reports
[Gunshot bladder trauma: case report and literature review].
To report one case of gunshot bladder trauma and to review its diagnosis and treatment in the related literature. ⋯ Firearm bladder traumas are a rare entity. Surgical exploration and closure is mandatory. In haemodynamicaly stable patients, abdomen and pelvis CT and CT-cystography allow us to rule out associated injuries and to classify the bladder trauma type. Ureteral damage associated in 5-8,9%, diagnosed during surgical exploration. Broad-spectrum antibiotherapy in all patients.

Testicular dislocation is an uncommon injury after blunt scrotal trauma (with only 150 cases reported) that must be properly diagnosed and treat in order to avoid a testicular atrophy. We presented a case report of traumatic dislocation of right testicle after a motorcycle accident. This type of testicular injury should be included in the whole evaluation of every polytrauma patient and usually requires a surgical treatment. The aim of this report is to clarify some aspects of the management of such rare entity.

Testicular dislocation after blunt scrotal trauma is a rare event. This injure must be recognized and treated promptly to maximize the likelihood of testicular salvage. We describe a new case of unnoticed traumatic testicular dislocation with secondary testicular lost. We discuss the chain of events leading toward the correct diagnosis and treatment based on a review of published reports.
