Posterior cerebral artery (PCA) aneurysms are rare lesions. Because of their low incidence, the individual or institutional experience is usually limited. ⋯ PCA aneurysms are infrequent lesions, often associated with multiple aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations and are fusiform in shape.
