Transvenous Retrograde Thoracic Ductography: Initial Experience with 13 Consecutive Cases.
To report the feasibility and findings of transvenous retrograde thoracic duct cannulation. ⋯ Transvenous retrograde thoracic ductography was successful in only eight of 13 patients (61.5%), but when the cervical part was the simple type, it was successful in eight of 10 patients (80%).

Micropapillary and/or Solid Histologic Subtype Based on Pre-Treatment Biopsy Predicts Local Recurrence After Thermal Ablation of Lung Adenocarcinoma.
To investigate whether histologic subtyping from biopsies can predict local recurrence after thermal ablation for lung adenocarcinoma. ⋯ Micropapillary and/or solid histologic components identified in pre-ablation biopsy are associated with shorter TTLR after thermal ablation of lung adenocarcinoma.

Case ReportsDelayed Bronchocutaneous Fistula Without Pneumothorax Following a Microwave Ablation of a Recurrent Pulmonary Metastasis.
Percutaneous tumor ablations are rather safe and effective treatments in selected patients for non-operable non-small cell lung carcinomas or lung metastases. However, there are major complications such as bronchopleural or bronchocutaneous fistula, which it is important to know in order to manage them safely. We describe in this report a case of bronchocutaneous fistula without pneumothorax following a microwave ablation of a recurrent pulmonary metastasis and its management.

Success Rate and Complications of Sharp Recanalization for Treatment of Central Venous Occlusions.
To evaluate success and safety of needle (sharp) recanalization as a method to re-establish access in patients with chronic central venous occlusions. ⋯ Sharp recanalization is a viable procedure for patients who have exhausted standard wire and catheter techniques. The operator performing this procedure should be familiar with potential complications so that they can be addressed urgently if needed.
