Multicenter StudyCovid-19 vaccine acceptance, hesitancy, and refusal among Canadian healthcare workers: A multicenter survey.
Determinants of COVID-19 vaccine acceptance among healthcare workers (HCW) remains poorly understood. We assessed HCWs' willingness to be vaccinated and reasons underlying hesitancy. ⋯ Vaccine hesitancy exists among HCWs. Our findings provide useful information to plan future interventions and improve acceptance.

Multicenter StudyGuiding hand hygiene interventions among future healthcare workers: implications of knowledge, attitudes, and social influences.
Medical students in their clinical years play an important role in healthcare delivery, yet poor levels of hand hygiene (HH) compliance in this population raise the risk for propagating nosocomial infections. To date, there has been a lack of dedicated interventions showing sustainable improvements in HH in this population. ⋯ Our results call for a multifaceted approach to improve HH compliance among medical students, by ensuring adequate HH supplies/hand sanitizers, providing HH training in curricula, and effecting a cultural change mediated by professional modeling and open communication.

Multicenter Study Observational StudyPharmacist-driven antimicrobial stewardship in intensive care units in East China: A multicenter prospective cohort study.
Antimicrobial stewardship programs, particularly pharmacist-driven programs, help reduce the unnecessary use of antimicrobial agents. The objective of this study was to assess the influence of pharmacist-driven antimicrobial stewardship on antimicrobial use, multidrug resistance, and patient outcomes in adult intensive care units in China. ⋯ Pharmacist-driven antimicrobial stewardship in an intensive care unit decreased patient mortality and the emergence of multidrug resistance, and optimized antimicrobial agent use.

Multicenter StudyMulticenter study of device-associated infection rates in hospitals of Mongolia: Findings of the International Nosocomial Infection Control Consortium (INICC).
To report the results of the International Nosocomial Infection Control Consortium (INICC) multicenter study conducted in Mongolia from September 2013-March 2015. ⋯ Device-associated health care-associated infection rates and most device use ratios in our Mongolian hospitals' ICUs are higher than the CDC-NSHN and INICC rates.
