Comparison of three different injection methods for arterial phase of Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MR imaging of the liver.
To compare three different injection methods for optimizing hepatic arterial phase of gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (Gd-EOB-DTPA) enhanced MR imaging. ⋯ For the optimal arterial phase imaging, injection rate of 1 mL/s with undiluted Gd-EOB-DTPA is convenient and preferable, compared with other two methods, based on our qualitative analysis.

Transarterial Onyx packing of the transverse-sigmoid sinus for dural arteriovenous fistulas.
To report transarterial Onyx packing of the transverse-sigmoid sinus for dural arteriovenous fistulae (DAVFs). ⋯ Transarterial Onyx packing of transverse-sigmoid sinus for DAVFs via the meningeal arterial system is a safe therapeutic alternative in selected cases.

Tracheal morphology and collapse in COPD: correlation with CT indices and pulmonary function test.
To assess the tracheal morphologic changes using CT in COPD (chronic obstructive lung disease) patients and to assess correlation between them and PFT (pulmonary function test) and CT parameters. ⋯ Among the tracheal morphologic changes, the most significant change in COPD patients compared with that in the control group, was the TI. In COPD patients, the tracheal morphologic change showed clinically significant correlation with severity of emphysema and CT indices.

The purpose of this study was to assess differences in enhancement effects of liver parenchyma between normal and cirrhotic livers on contrast-enhanced MR imaging (CE-MRI) obtained with Gd-EOB-DTPA. ⋯ Hepatic parenchymal enhancement on CE-MR images obtained using Gd-EOB-DTPA is affected by the severity of cirrhosis.

Femoroacetabular cam-type impingement: diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of radiographic views compared to radial MRI.
To retrospectively assess the diagnostic sensitivity of 45° Dunn view and cross-table lateral radiographs for the assessment of cam deformity by comparison with radial MRI. ⋯ The 45° Dunn view can improve the first line of impingement diagnostics. Radial MRI however remains indispensable for pre-operative planning and the evaluation of symptomatic cases without obvious deformity.
