The introduction of biological treatments has revolutionized the management of moderate-to-severe psoriasis. Multiple clinical trials have established the efficacy of biological agents in the treatment of moderate-to-severe psoriasis. Multicenter StudyImpact of diabetes mellitus on periprocedural and 18-month clinical outcomes in Korean patients requiring rotational atherectomy: results from the ROCK Registry.
Diabetes mellitus (diabetes) increases the risk of severe coronary artery calcification, which increases the complexity of percutaneous coronary intervention requiring rotational atherectomy (RA) by interfering with lesion preparation, and limiting final stent expansion. ⋯ None.

Diagnostic value of strain elastography and shear wave elastography in differentiating benign and malignant breast lesions.
Conventional B-mode breast ultrasonography, though the primary modality to determine benign or malignant nature of a solid breast lesion, sometimes encounters overlapping sonographic morphological features in a single lesion. Elastography leads to improvement by evaluating the structural aspects and characterization of the lesion as benign or malignant on the basis of multi-parametric assessment. ⋯ None.

Time in therapeutic range for virtual anticoagulation clinic versus in-person clinic during the COVID-19 pandemic: a crossover study.
COVID-19 infection affects the quality of the medical services globally. The pandemic required changes to medical services in several institutions. We established a virtual clinic for anticoagulation management during the pandemic using the Whatsapp application. ⋯ None.
