Multicenter StudyKidney Transplantation From Deceased Donors With Bloodstream Infection: A Multicenter Retrospective Study.
The use of organs from donors with infection is limited because of the possibility of transmission. We aimed to investigate the transmission after deceased donor transplantation with bloodstream infection (BSI). ⋯ Using organs from donors with bacteremia seems to be a safe option with low transmission risk. The overall prognosis of using organs from donors with BSI is favorable.

Diagnostic Accuracy and Prognostic Relevance of Immunoglobulin Heavy Chain Rearrangement and 18F-FDG-PET/CT Compared With Unilateral Bone Marrow Trephination for Detecting Bone Marrow Involvement in Patients With Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma.
In diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), bone marrow involvement (BMI) has an important clinical implication as a component of staging and International Prognostic Index. This study aimed to determine whether molecular analysis of immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) genes and positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET/CT) could overcome the limitation of defining morphologic BMI by trephination biopsy and could increase the diagnostic accuracy or prognostic prediction. ⋯ This study suggests that the combined evaluation of PET/CT and IgH rearrangement could give additional information for predicting therapeutic outcomes in patients with negative morphologic BMI as an important part of the prognosis.

Prevalence and Premature Mortality Statistics of Autism Spectrum Disorder Among Children in Korea: A Nationwide Population-Based Birth Cohort Study.
The aim of this study was to estimate the 8-year prevalence and mortality statistics of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) according to birth year (2002-2012). ⋯ The present study demonstrated that national-level prevalence and mortality statistics of ASD can be estimated effectively using claims data comprising newborns born each year and followed up for to the age of interest. Because this information is essential to establish evidence-based policies, health authorities need to consider producing epidemiological information of ASD continuously using the same methodology.

Observational StudyDelayed Influenza Treatment in Children With False-Negative Rapid Antigen Test: A Retrospective Single-Center Study in Korea 2016-2019.
We aimed to examine the delay in antiviral initiation in rapid antigen test (RAT) false-negative children with influenza virus infection and to explore the clinical outcomes. We additionally conducted a medical cost-benefit analysis. ⋯ Antiviral initiation was delayed in RAT-false-negative patients. Our findings support the guideline that children with influenza, suspected of having severe or progressive infection, should be treated immediately.

Toggling Technique Allows Retrograde Early Release to Facilitate Neurovascular Bundle Sparing During Robot-Assisted Radical Prostatectomy: A Propensity Score-Matching Study.
This study aimed to present the surgical facilitation of neurovascular bundle (NVB) sparing using the toggling technique (30° lens down/up switching) and to evaluate erectile dysfunction (ED) recovery after robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP). ⋯ The retrograde early release with the toggling technique improves the facilitation of NVB sparing, leading to improved ED recovery.
