Fully automated localization of prostate peripheral zone tumors on apparent diffusion coefficient map MR images using an ensemble learning method.
Accurate detection and localization of prostate cancer (PCa) in men undergoing prostate MRI is a fundamental step for future targeted prostate biopsies and treatment planning. Fully automated localization of peripheral zone (PZ) PCa using the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) map might be clinically useful. ⋯ 4 Technical Efficacy: Stage 1 J. Magn. Reson. Test-Retest Reliability of the Brain Metabolites GABA and Glx With JPRESS, PRESS, and MEGA-PRESS MRS Sequences in vivo at 3T.
The optimization of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) sequences allows improved diagnosis and prognosis of neurological and psychological disorders. Thus, to assess the test-retest and intersequence reliability of such MRS sequences in quantifying metabolite concentrations is of clinical relevance. ⋯ 2 Technical Efficacy: Stage 1 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2020;51:1181-1191.

Human Placenta Blood Flow During Early Gestation With Pseudocontinuous Arterial Spin Labeling MRI.
Noninvasive measurement of placental blood flow is the major technical challenge for predicting ischemic placenta (IPD). Pseudocontinuous arterial spin labeling (pCASL) MRI was recently shown to be promising, but the potential value in predicting the subsequence development of IPD is not known. ⋯ 2 TECHNICAL EFFICACY STAGE: 1 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2020;51:1247-1257.
