A multicenter cross-sectional study. ⋯ Trunk muscle mass was significantly associated with the ODI, VAS score, SVA, and EQ5D score. Trunk muscle mass may assume an important role to elucidate and treat lumbar spinal dysfunction and spinal imbalance. These slides can be retrieved under Electronic Supplementary Material.

A longitudinal cohort study. ⋯ Longitudinal changes in DSB following successful multi-level spinal realignment indicate reduced forces on the lower lumbar spine along with altered lower limb dynamics matching that of controls. Inadequate improvement in DSB may indicate increased risk of post-surgical mechanical failure. These slides can be retrieved under Electronic Supplementary Material.

To evaluate the influence of anterior fusion option on the short- and long-time outcomes on multilevel spinal reconstructions in young children. ⋯ Multilevel spinal reconstruction in early aged patients is safe and effective procedure. The anterior fusion by TMC with bone autograft has advantages of reducing blood loss, operation time, time for anterior block formation and complications rate compared with bone autograft only. These slides can be retrieved under Electronic Supplementary Material.
