The association between fear of COVID-19 and depression, anxiety, and psychosis among Lebanese chronic patients with schizophrenia: any moderating effect of spirituality?
To assess whether fear of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is associated with depression, anxiety, and psychosis and to evaluate if these variables are correlated with the interaction between spirituality and fear of COVID-19. ⋯ This study suggests a positive correlation between fear of COVID-19 and higher psychosis among inpatients with schizophrenia. The interaction of spirituality with fear of COVID-19 was correlated with reduced anxiety, depression, and psychosis.

Propensity-score matched comparison between minimally invasive and conventional aortic valve replacement.
To evaluate the impact of minimally invasive aortic valve replacement (mini-AVR) on clinical outcomes in comparison with the gold standard. ⋯ We showed that mini-AVR was associated with less blood product requirement than conventional surgery. Our data supports wider adoption of minimally invasive techniques in dedicated centers of excellence.

Case ReportsLupus anticoagulant-hypoprothrombinemia syndrome with severe bleeding diathesis after coronavirus disease 2019: a case report.
Acquired antibodies against factor II (prothrombin) are rare and most commonly associated with severe liver disease or vitamin K antagonist treatment. In very rare cases, these antibodies and associated hypoprothrombinemia are found in patients with lupus anticoagulant (LAC), an antiphospholipid antibody that inhibits phospholipid-dependent coagulation tests. ⋯ Bleeding may occur, but it is less common than thromboembolism and has mostly been described in association with the severity of the disease and anticoagulation treatment in hospitalized patients, rarely in the post-acute phase of the disease. We report on a case of an 80-year-old man who developed LAHPS with prothrombin antibodies and severe bleeding after COVID-19.

Nocturnal visual hallucinations in patients with disorders of arousal: a novel behavioral and EEG pattern.
To investigate clinical and video-polysomnography (VPSG) findings of hallucinatory experiences in patients suffering from disorders of arousal (DOA) in the absence of other pathologies. ⋯ A novel, distinct behavioral and EEG pattern in patients with DOA and history of reported complex nocturnal visual hallucinations was identified. This may represent a unique phenotype of dissociation between sleep states that merits further investigation.

Prognostic relevance of autophagy-related markers p62, LC3, and Beclin1 in ovarian cancer.
To analyze the expression of autophagy markers p62, LC3, and Beclin1 in ovarian cancer tissue and evaluate the prognostic potential of these markers. ⋯ Prominent p62 and LC3 expression in combination with weak Beclin1 expression in high-grade serous carcinoma indicates potential for the application of autophagy inhibitors in patients with this tumor subtype.
