The purpose of this study was to review the results of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA), stenting, or both in the treatment of patients who present with symptoms and angiographic findings most consistent with chronic mesenteric ischemia. ⋯ Endovascular therapy for treatment of mesenteric arterial stenoses is effective in the treatment of patients with symptoms and angiographic findings characteristic of chronic mesenteric ischemia.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of stent-graft design and operator skills on outcomes after endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair. ⋯ Enhanced stent-graft design has improved the probability of stent-graft success after endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair. Better technical skills and increased use of intraoperative adjunctive procedures may also have contributed to improved results.
