Spinal manipulation, medication, or home exercise with advice for acute and subacute neck pain: a randomized trial.

Risks for stroke, bleeding, and death in patients with atrial fibrillation receiving dabigatran or warfarin in relation to the CHADS2 score: a subgroup analysis of the RE-LY trial.
CHADS(2) is a simple, validated risk score for predicting the risk for stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation not treated with anticoagulants. There are sparse data on the risk for thrombotic and bleeding complications according to the CHADS(2) score in patients receiving anticoagulant therapy. ⋯ Boehringer Ingelheim.

Yoga for chronic low back pain: a randomized trial.
Previous studies indicate that yoga may be an effective treatment for chronic or recurrent low back pain. ⋯ Arthritis Research UK.

Multicenter Study Clinical Trial
A prospective evaluation of a protocol for magnetic resonance imaging of patients with implanted cardiac devices.
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is avoided in most patients with implanted cardiac devices because of safety concerns. ⋯ With appropriate precautions, MRI can be done safely in patients with selected cardiac devices. Because changes in device variables and programming may occur, electrophysiologic monitoring during MRI is essential.
