An International Multicenter Prospective Study Evaluating the Long-term Oncological Impact of Adjuvant Chemotherapy in ypN+ Rectal Cancer.
To assess the oncological benefit of adjuvant chemotherapy (AC) in node positive (ypN+) rectal cancer after neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy and radical surgery. ⋯ In this multicenter comparative cohort study, we identified an oncological benefit of AC in both systemic recurrence and DFS in ypN+ rectal cancer patients. From this data, systemic chemotherapy continues to confer oncological benefit in locally advanced ypN+ rectal cancer.

NEXUS Arch: A Multicenter Study Evaluating the Initial Experience with a Novel Aortic Arch Stent Graft System.
To assess the initial clinical experience with a novel endograft system (NEXUS Aortic Arch Stent Graft System) designed to treat aortic arch pathologies and address the morphology and hemodynamic challenges of the aortic arch. ⋯ The NEXUS Aortic Arch Stent Graft System, a novel single branch, 2 stent graft system used for endovascular aortic arch repair that requires landing in the ascending aorta, demonstrates a high success rate with excellent 1 year safety and performance.

Clinical Significance of a Circulating Tumor Cell-Based Classifier in Stage IB Lung Adenocarcinoma: A Multicenter, Cohort Study.
To investigate the effectiveness of a CTC-based classifier in stratifying stage IB LUAD. ⋯ The presence of >4 CTCs can define a high-risk subgroup, providing a new strategy to make optimal clinical decisions for stage IB LUAD.

Auxilliary Liver Transplantation According to the RAPID Procedure in Non-cirrhotic Patients - Technical Aspects and Early Outcomes.
To present technical details and short-term experiences of liver transplantation as a 2-stage procedure using small for size grafts in a multicenter cohort study. ⋯ Two-stage liver transplantation is a feasible option for noncirrhotic patients allowing the safe use of small for size grafts and could possibly be extended with caution to liver diseases with portal hypertension and cirrhosis. The resection and partial liver transplantation with delayed total hepatectomy technique might be a viable option for expanding the donor pool given the current organ shortage especially for low-model of end stage liver disease patients.

Outcomes After Minimally Invasive Versus Open Total Pancreatectomy: A Pan-European Propensity Score Matched Study.
To assess postoperative 90-day outcomes after minimally invasive (laparoscopic/robot-assisted) total pancreatectomy (MITP) in selected patients versus open total pancreatectomy (OTP) among European centers. ⋯ This international propensity score matched study showed that MITP may be a valuable alternative to OTP in selected patients, given the associated lower rate of major morbidity.
