Observational StudyCan Next-generation Sequencing Replace Fecal Immunochemical Tests or CT in the Screening of Colorectal Cancer and Advanced Adenoma?
To explore the feasibility of next-generation sequencing (NGS) for the screening of colorectal cancer (CRC) and advanced adenoma (AA). ⋯ Although NGS cannot replace FIT and CT at present, this provides a new effective and auxiliary detection method for people who are unsuitable or unwilling to receive colonoscopy. Key Words: Colorectal neoplasms, Adenoma, High-throughput nucleotide sequencing, Mass screening, Fecal immunochemical tests, Computed tomography.

Frequency of Panel Reactive Antibodies (PRA) among Renal Transplant Recipients and its Effect Modifiers.
To determine frequency of panel reactive antibodies among renal transplant recipients and its effect modifiers. ⋯ A significant number of patients were sensitised with panel reactive antibodies waiting for renal transplant. The PRA was more common in recipients who were prone to effect modifiers such as pregnancy, blood transfusion and re-transplant. These risk factors were mostly present in combination, which also suggests their synergistic effects on PRA synthesis. Key Words: Blood transfusion, Effect modifiers, Panel reactive antibodies, Pregnancy, Kidney transplant, Re-transplant.

Acute Toxicity and Local Response using Three Fractions of High Dose Rate (HDR) Brachytherapy for Curative Treatment of Carcinoma Cervix.
To determine the acute vaginal mucosal toxicity and clinical response of cervical cancer after definitive treatment with external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) and three fractions each of 8 Fray (Gy) high dose rate intracavitary brachytherapy (HDR-BT).

Observational StudyScreening Thresholds for the Corneal Tomography in Hyperopic Pakistani Population.
To evaluate key corneal tomography parameters for screening mixed astigmatism and hyperopic males and females for refractive surgery and to compare the data to a previously studied myopic group in Pakistani population. ⋯ Hyperopic patients had greater front and back elevation and pachymetry but lesser keratometry, anterior chamber depth and chamber volume as compared to myopic patients in Pakistani population. Front and back elevation data in this hyperopic study population was slightly higher than previously published studies. Key Words: Refractive surgery, Corneal tomography, Screening, Hyperope.
