The Effect of Tocilizumab on Inflammatory Markers in Survivors and Non-survivors of Severe COVID-19.
To determine the effects of tocilizumab (TCZ) on inflammatory markers, laboratory indices; and short-term outcome in patients with severe COVID-19. ⋯ Tocilizumab results in a significant reduction in CRP, while mean change in LDH and D-dimers was not substantial. The mean change in inflammatory markers did not predict survival. Key Words: Tocilizumab, COVID-19, Biomarkers, Outcome, Mortality.

Observational StudyA Comparison of Osseous and Extraosseous Ewing Sarcoma.
To compare the clinicopathological characteristics, treatment responses, survival analysis of osseous Ewing sarcoma (OES) and extraosseous ES (EES). ⋯ Patients with extrosseus ES were significantly older. Age, LDH levels, stage of disease, local treatment followed by systemic therapy are important associated factors. Key Words: Osseous ewing sarcoma, Extraosseous ewing sarcoma, Chemotherapy, Local treatment.

Systemic Inflammatory Markers for Prediction of Bevacizumab Benefit in Glioblastoma Multiforme.
To evaluate the predictive significance of systemic inflammation markers (SIMs) in patients with glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), who were treated with bevacizumab (Beva). ⋯ The present study's findings suggest that pretreatment CAR and PLR might be an independent predictive marker for patients with GBM, who are treated by Beva. Key Words: C-reactive protein-to-albumin ratio (AR), Glioblastoma multiforme, Neutrophil-to-lymphocyteratio (NLR), Platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), Predictive score.

Association of Blood Groups with the Severity and Outcome of COVID-19 Infection in Children.
The objective of this study was to find out the association of ABO blood groups with the severity and outcome of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in children. It included all laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 and post-COVID multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C)/ Kawasaki disease (KD) like illness, admitted from March to September, 2020 to The Children's Hospital, Lahore. Out of 66 children, 45 (68.2%) were COVID-19 and 21 (31.8%) MIS-C/KD temporally associated with SARS-C0V-2. ⋯ Blood group A was significantly associated with severe and critical disease (p=0.030). COVID-19 in children had generally a good outcome, but children with blood group A were more susceptible to severe/critical disease. Key Words: Coronavirus disease 2019, ABO blood groups, Children, Severity, Outcome.

Observational StudyDoes Localisation of Fracture Line, According to Epicondyles, Affect Ligamentotaxis Negatively in Displaced Pediatric Supracondylar Humerus Fractures?
To investigate the effect of localisation of the fracture line according to the trans-epicondylar line on open reduction rates and postoperative reduction quality. ⋯ Determination of localisation of fracture line according to trans-epicondylar level in preoperative roentgenograms may allow the surgeon to predict the possibility of postoperative rotation deformity. Key Words: Fracture line, Humerus, Supracondylar, Pediatric, Epicondyle.
