Review Case ReportsRadiologic and Histopathologic Features of a Neck-Localised Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma: A Case Report and Literature Review.
Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) is an uncommon tumour. The pathological features of FDCS have been extensively described in the literature, but there are few reports on its imaging features. A 48-year-old man presented at our hospital with a mass in the left submandibular region without associated oral complaints. ⋯ At present, our understanding of FDCS is still insufficient, and its diagnosis is dependent on pathological evaluation. We aim to provide a bit of information for clinicians to consider when they see these types of tumours. Key Words: Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma, Magnetic resonance imaging, Imaging features, Histopathology.

Flow-through Dorsoulnar Perforator Flap Repair of Soft-Tissue Defect of the Finger with Segmental Digital Arterial Defect.
The aim of this study was to investigate the feasibility of transferring the free flow-through dorsoulnar perforator flap to reconstruct severely injured fingers. From January 2015 to March 2019, 16 patients, 16 thumb or fingers volar partial defects concomitant with segmental digital arterial defects, were included in this study. The flow-through dorsoulnar perforator flaps were used to repair the finger wounds and reconstruct digit arteries. ⋯ According to the Total Active Motion (TAM) method: nine fingers were excellent, four were good, and three were fair. The free flow-through dorsoulnar perforator flap can achieve the goal of mending finger soft-tissue conditions complicated with segmental digital arterial defects with good results. Key Words: Flow-through flaps, Perforator flap, Dorsoulnar artery, Soft-tissue defect.

Case ReportsAcute Acalculous Cholecystitis due to EBV Infection Presenting as Acute Abdomen.
Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) is a herpes virus with a high seropositivity rate among the adult population throughout the world. Primary EBV infection is usually asymptomatic among young children. As age increases, it begins to manifest as infectious mononucleosis. ⋯ Here, we report a case of acute acalculous cholecystitis in a 15-year girl during the course of a primary EBV infection which is a very rare presentation in the pediatric population. Our patient recovered without any antibiotic or surgical treatment - parallel to the clinical improvement of the primary disease. Key Words: Epstein-barr virus (EBV) infection, Acute acalculous cholecystitis, Children, Antibiotics.

Aspergillosis and Mucormycosis in COVID-19 Patients: A Systematic Review.
Fungal infections have increased in number since the onset of this lethal pandemic. This study aimed to assess risk factors and case fatality in COVID-19 cases with aspergillosis or mucormycosis. A systematic review was done according to PRISMA guidelines. ⋯ Case fatality was calculated to be 51.2%. Screening can be a beneficial tool for decreasing morbidity and mortality. Key Words: COVID-19, Mucormycosis, Aspergillosis.
