Does the COVID-19 pandemic cause late diagnosis and delay in treatment in developmental dysplasia of hip patients?
The aim of the current study was to search the effect of COVID-19 restriction on developmental dysplasia of hip (DDH) screening. ⋯ In the era of COVID-19, the number of late diagnosis and lost follow-up for DDH are increased. To prevent future morbidities and reduce surgical interventions, special measures should be taken.

Is It Possible to Expect Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction Improvement in Patients with Known Advanced Heart Diseases in The Case of Right Atrial Flutter Treated by Ablation?
Atrial flutter (AFL)-related tachycardia-induced cardiomyopathy (TICM) is a treatable cause of heart failure (HF). This study aims to explore the effect of AFL ablation on left ventricular (LV) function in right AFL patients with or without advanced heart diseases. ⋯ Successful ablation for right AFL could achieve more reversal of LV dysfunction in patients without advanced heart diseases. Pre-ablation LVEDV ≥ 137 mL was associated with no improvement of LV performance after ablation.

Role of repeating quarantine instructions and healthy practices on COVID-19 patients and contacted persons to raise their awareness and adherence to quarantine instructions.
This study aimed to develop a model evaluating the role of repeating quarantine instructions and healthy practices among COVID-19 patients and contact persons at-home quarantine and to evaluate the instructions' adequacy in decreasing the rate of disease spread with better clinical outcomes. ⋯ This study offers useful insights into factors associated with the role of repeating quarantine instructions and healthy practices to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic. So, repeating the instructions is important to increase adherence to the instructions, decrease the rate of disease progression and decrease the spread of the infection.

Short Term Experiences of a Liver Transplant Center Before and After the COVID-19 Pandemic.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, managing the process of solid organ transplantation has become a significant matter for transplant centres. In this study, we report our experiences on evaluating the effects of COVID-19 in patients with recent liver transplants. ⋯ The clinical status of our short-term liver transplant patients was far better than we originally anticipated, but it remains obvious that the necessary precautions should continue to be taken.

Demonstration of Advanced Glycation End product (AGE) Expression in Bladder Cancer Tissue in Type 2 Diabetic and Non-diabetic Patients and the Relationship between AGE Accumulation and Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress (ERS) with Bladder Cancer.
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between advanced glycation end product (AGE) expression and accumulation in transurethral resection (TUR-B) material taken from type-2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and non-DM bladder cancer patients and endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) with bladder cancer. ⋯ Bladder cancer may develop as a result of accumulation of AGEs and ERS. Demonstration of the expression of proteins resulting from AGEs and ERS may be useful biomarkers for the diagnosis, prognosis, prevention and development of treatment alternatives for bladder cancer.
