The early progression of disease (POD) of Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) leads to a poor prognosis. To identify risk factors for early POD, this retrospective two-center cohort analysis was conducted. ⋯ High IPS was an independent risk factor for early POD, which was less observed in those with consolidative radiotherapy.

Although nutrition and sarcopenia have impacts on the surgery outcome of patients who have received living donor liver transplant (LDLT), the use of the prognostic nutritional index (PNI) or psoas muscle mass index (PMI) as an indicator for five-year survival in those patients is still unclear. ⋯ PNI and PMI at the third month post-LDLT serve as excellent predictors for 5-year survival. For patients with lower levels of PNI-3m or PMI-3m, combination use of these indexes is suggested to provide better prognostic information.

Switching to a tenofovir alafenamide (TAF)-containing regimen has been reported to be associated with body weight gain in human immunodeficiency virus-infected subjects. We aimed to investigate the body weight change and virological, hepatic, and renal outcomes of TAF switching among chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients. ⋯ In real-world NUC-experienced CHB patients, unexpected body weight gain was observed after TAF switching. The mechanism needs to be investigated in the future.

The 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) were established by the United Nations Agenda 2030 plan of action to achieve peace, prosperity, and well-being for all by 2030. SDG 3 aims to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages. However, oral health is not specifically mentioned and targeted in SDG 3. ⋯ In addition, oral health is associated with social, economic, cultural, and environmental problems. By the implementation of oral health care, oral health promotion, and universal health coverage, these could not only be good for oral health but also benefit for general health and well-being. Taken together, oral health is the first step to SDG 3.

This study utilized the recently advanced technique in MR imaging to establish its role on diagnosing all types of endolymphatic hydrops (EH). ⋯ The sensitivity and specificity of MR imaging for confirming all types of EH were 69% and 83%, respectively. Although diagnostic criteria can identify primary and delayed EH, MR imaging may provide a supplementary tool for diagnosing secondary, embryopathic, or asymptomatic EH, if patients are not with hearing recovery, chronic low-tone hearing loss, or just after vertiginous attack.
