To explore the therapeutic effects of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation and radio frequency ablation for liver cancer patients. ⋯ In contrast with traditional algorithms, the CNNMF algorithm has better diagnostic performance for liver cancer ultrasound images. In contrast with radio frequency ablation, microwave ablation has better ablation effects for liver cancer tumors, and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients, which is safe and feasible.

To investigate and compare the effect of decompression and fusion with internal fixation vs. simple decompression in the treatment of elderly patients with two-segment lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) in perioperative and postoperative follow-up periods. ⋯ There is no significant difference in leg pain relief in elderly patients with two-segment LSS when treated with decompression and fusion with internal fixation or simple decompression. Simple decompression is associated with less intraoperative injuries, better postoperative functional recovery, and reduced hospital stay.

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and related technologies is rapidly increasing and its application in clinical practice is a promising area of development. Artificial Intelligence can be a solution in the future as a physician's new assistant; AI-physician combinations can act like models of 'peaceful co-existence'. While it has the potential to mold many dimensions of patient care and can augment quality improvement, it cannot replace a family physician's diagnostic intelligence, empathy and relationships. Physicians need to strike a balance between these combinations for better health outcomes without increasing patients' frustration.

The study used the optimized nuclear regression reconstruction algorithm to explore the value of three-dimensional perineal ultrasound evaluation of the effect of caesarean delivery and caesarean section on the anal sphincter complex of primipara. ⋯ The delivery method has a certain influence on the shape of the anal sphincter complex. The thickness of the internal and external anal sphincter of the primiparous women in a certain direction is significantly smaller than that of caesarean section. Transperineally three-dimensional ultrasound can clearly show the morphological characteristics and integrity of the anal sphincter complex, and diagnose the defect of the anal sphincter complex.

To explore the technical points, approach selection and short-term clinical efficacy of PELD through the intervertebral foramina or interlaminar approach in the treatment of highly shifted LDH. ⋯ When PELD is used to treat high-displacement LDH, the choice of transforaminal approach or interlaminar approach needs to be personalized according to the LDH segment and the direction of displacement.
