The effect of Thyroid Autoimmunity on Dyslipidemia in patients with Euthyroid Hashimoto Thyroiditis.
The relationship between thyroid disorders and dyslipidemia has now been clearly demonstrated, but the relationship between thyroid autoimmunity and dyslipidemia in euthyroid patients is still controversial. Our aim in this study was to determine whether there is a risk of dyslipidemia in our patients with euthyroid hashimoto thyroiditis. ⋯ The relationship between thyroid autoimmunity and dyslipidemia has been demonstrated in our study even in the euthyroid phase. Whether antibody positive patients should be followed more closely for dyslipidemia and cardiovascular events is still controversial. This question will be answered with larger randomized controlled trials.

To investigate the clinical value of Superb Microvascular Imaging (SMI) combined with low dose CT scanning in differential diagnosis of thyroid lesions and tumor staging. ⋯ SMI combined with low dose CT scanning has a higher diagnostic coincidence rate. Its sensitivity and accuracy are significantly superior. With the increase of tumor malignancy, the enhancement and unhomogeneity of SMI increase, and the edge is more blurred. That suggests: with the increase of tumor malignancy, neovascularization in the tumor is more obvious and more unevenly distributed; the increase of edge blur indicates more obvious tumor infiltration. The method has considerable clinical value for predicting the malignancy of tumors.

To explore levels of anti-oxidative molecules and inflammatory factors in patients with vascular dementia (VD) and their clinical significance. ⋯ If compared with the normal population, inflammatory factor levels in serum of VD patients are higher; however, expression levels of anti-oxidative molecules become below those of the normal population. Additionally, levels of inflammatory factors and anti-oxidative molecules may change obviously as severity of illness increases. This suggests that inflammation and oxidation play a certain role of auxoaction in VD patients.

To evaluate the experience and perceptions regarding Telemedicine and the perceived barriers among medical doctors. ⋯ Evidence of effectiveness of telemedicine across different fields is inconsistent and lacks technical, legal, cultural and ethical considerations. Inadequate training, low level of technological literacy and lack of infrastructure are the main barriers in implementing tele-health. High-quality evidence based studies are required for practical and long-term policies.

To evaluate the outcome of anti-HP treatment on the nutritional status of children with Helicobacter pylori-positive gastritis. ⋯ Helicobacter pylori infection has a negative impact on the nutritional status of children. Anti-HP therapy can improve the gastrointestinal symptoms and nutritional status of children, which plays an important role in the growth and development of children.
