To evaluate the clinical efficacy of highly agglutinative staphylococcin combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy on patients with intermediate or advanced oral cancer. ⋯ Highly agglutinative staphylococcin combined with chemotherapy is a safe and effective treatment regimen with definite curative effect for patients with intermediate or advanced oral cancer. With such a regimen, tumor markers are remarkably reduced, immune function can be significantly improved, and adverse reactions will be evidently reduced.

To investigate the value of CT arterial enhancement fraction (AEF) in the post-processing technique of liver perfusion-like phase III enhanced CT scan in evaluating the degree of liver function impairment in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis. ⋯ AEF boasts the value of differentiating liver fibrosis and cirrhosis, and of evaluating the degree of liver function impairment in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.

Cerebral palsy is a major cause of neurodisability in children in Pakistan. The study aims to evaluate the risk factors, types and neuroimaging findings in children with cerebral palsy. ⋯ Male gender is more affected in our cohort. Maternal anemia, pregnancy induced hypertension and low birth weight are significant modifiable risk factors. Prevention of these can reduce the incidence of cerebral palsy.

To analyze the effects of intravenous anesthesia with sevoflurane combined with propofol on intraoperative hemodynamics, postoperative stress disorder and cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. ⋯ Intravenous anesthesia with sevoflurane combined with propofol has little effects on intraoperative hemodynamics and postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Besides, it can obtain better recovery quality and have milder postoperative stress disorder than single use of propofol.

To investigate the efficacy of motor imagery therapy (MIT) based on functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRs) technology in rehabilitation of upper limb function after cerebral infarction, so as to provide guidance for clinical practice. ⋯ Motor imagery therapy (MIT) Based on fNIRs technology has important clinical value in rehabilitation of upper limb function after cerebral infarction and is superior to conventional exercise rehabilitation alone, boasting a variety of effects, such as improving the curative effect, ameliorating blood oxygen in brain tissue, and promoting the rehabilitation of upper limb function of patients.
