To assess health related quality of life (HRQOL) of children who had undergone surgical intervention after lower limb trauma. ⋯ HRQOL of children at discharge after management of lower limb trauma was lower than age-matched control group. It, however, significantly exceeded controls' scores after six months showing complete recovery.

To analyze the value of combined detection of tumor markers, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), D-dimer and T lymphocyte in the diagnosis of colon cancer. ⋯ The detection of tumor markers combined with NLR, D-dimer and T-lymphocytes has reference value in the diagnosis of colon cancer.

To determine the frequency of inappropriate blood product transfusions in pediatric critically ill patients. ⋯ This study highlights the occurrence of inappropriate transfusions in critically ill pediatric patients. We need to reinforce the knowledge of our health care workers and display the guidelines in intensive care units.

To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced colon cancer. ⋯ Targeted therapy combined with chemotherapy is a safe and effective therapeutic option that has a definite curative effect in the treatment of patients with advanced colon cancer.

To observe the anesthesia and clinical efficacy of inhalation anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia in patients with trigeminal neuralgia undergoing surgery. ⋯ Inhalation anesthesia with sevoflurane is more effective than intravenous anesthesia in trigeminal neuralgia patients treated with trigeminal nerve balloon avulsion, boasting satisfactory safety, less impact on hemodynamics, and shorter recovery time of consciousness.
